I found a dime, and took the time

To pick it up and call it mine.

Covered in grime, it seemed a crime,

So I cleaned it up, and restored its shine.

Just like that dime, o’ friend of mine

We all were lost and without our shine.

But God was kind, with His love divine

He saw us lost, and said “You’re mine!”

Now, it may take time, so don’t fuss or whine,

But God really wants to restore your shine.
